Penantian saya selama kurang lebih 20 hari terbayar sudah. Kartu pos dari seorang sahabat tersayang di seberang lautan sudah sampai. Ngapain sih Cisya repot-repot ngirim kartu pos? Nah, itu dia esensinya. Saya terharu dia mau repot-repot mengirimkan saya kartu pos ini di tengah himpitan ekonominya di sana :''''''')))) Semoga uang beasiswamu ngga telat cair ya, Cis, jadi ngga cuma makan mi instan melulu. Sekali-kali makan nasi padang sana.

Cisya sih bilangnya ngga usah dibales. "Uangnya buat jajan di Mas Kobis aja," tulisnya. Tapi, saya labih pengen berbagi excitement yang sama dengannya daripada menikmati ayam geprek Mas Kobis. Please look forward for my postcard from Belitong, Cis!

Tiba-tiba saja saya ngebet untuk mempekerjakan kedua tangan saya secara kreatif. Mampirlah saya ke sebuah toko alat jahit. Meskipun kehilangan 45 tibu rupiah karena ditilang dalam perjalanan pulang, alhamdulillah kain belacu, dakron, dan jarum yang saya beli sampai di rumah dengan selamat :)

1st project as interior designer!

Setelah beberapa bulan lalu dekor kamar sendiri, hari ini korban saya selanjutnya adalah Bilik Equilibrium. Kami bertiga (Diba, Kikin, dan saya) mendapat inspirasi dari sini dan mulailah menghiasi tembok putih EQ yg baru dua minggu lalu dicat ulang oleh fakultas (sungguh penasaran apa kata mereka nanti haha whatever). Oh tidak lupa Pemimpin Umum baru, Mamet, mengawasi gerak-gerik kami dengan ketat (takut & cemas akan reaksi fakultas. Haha tapi jadinya bagus kan meeeet? :D). Mulai dekor dari jam 10an, selesai jam setengah 6 kurang. Kami dibantu oleh Hari, Panji, Dito, Indri, Dias, Hesti, dan Mamet sendiri sebagai pembantu umum (baik motong styrofoam, beli asturo, njait, dll. Thanks a bunch guys :* )

holy-days

Just finished my holy-days (final exams) yesterday! Now, welcome, holidaaaays!!
I got some ideas to cheer up my holidays, wish i could make them come true :D


This semester, my college life changed significantly. The courses and lecturers required extra hard work. Thanks God, finally i can take some fresh air :)


Anyway, i took some of my stressful-exam-days time to make this :

I was going to give it to Arsyad, but i just couldn't resist this card because it's too cute hehe. Maybe I'll make him another card next time, that i create by myself.


Few weeks ago, i went to Tembi Rumah Budaya to interview an artist for EQ magazine, i must say that place was amazing! I really love the interior and exterior, so mystic (in a good way) but also peaceful. They also have some guest houses and outdoor swimming pool with jacuzzi and blissful green rice field scenery!

For her present, Irma and I bought this cute-purple-colored-thing : OCTOPUS!

We bought this from Tantri. I also made a pop-up birthday card and wrap them with cute fifi-lapin-patterned wrapping paper. Cute aren't they? 

I was kinda hasitated, asking "Will she like this?" to myself over and over again. She's not into photography that much. The reason I chose this analog camera because I want to be a part of her dream, studying abroad. I believe someday she will. And i hope she will bring this present with her, taking picture of her memorable experience, and still remember me (and bring me some souvenirs when she's back haha. ups ignore me), well just in case she got homesick or something, i don't want her to feel alone.

took some time for making these

inspired by andin's post about making pop up card, i decided to give it a shot. tadaaa!

Long time ago, while re-decorating my bedroom, i also managed to make this cage, inspired by this DIY website, with some modifications.

Aah, it feels good when my hands doing this kind of stuffs, take some rest from those assignments. 

Do what you like, take some rest from those boring routines. You'll find your true self, and so much joy that you never imagined :)

Hello! This time i'm back with another toy, as cute as my previous toy \(^o^)/ 
This post is inspired by my friend, Theo's post. Thank youuuu :D (btw aku ngembarin satu punyamu gapapa kan ya haha)

It's not that hard to make one. The most difficult one is the snowboader girl, but the rest are easy :)
For better quality, i went to a digital printing shop to print it (according to Theo's suggestion). Each of them was printed on ivory 210 (or 120? whatever) size A4. Or you can use A3 for 2 templates. 
Try it, they're so lovely :D


Alright, that's it. Finally i finished making all of them. If i have time, i'll make some more cuz there are still lots of cute templates. Have a wonderful week!
